Client required a Nylon Spacer Block, this part was positioned behind the assembly and only visible on sides. Therefore the critical issues were:
Side faces of reasonable appearance.
Structural form for location.
Thickness.
As the quantity required were initially 500, effective mould & production costs.
We produced an economical mould, that produced a consistent part that served the required purpose.
